Erin Reilly, Co-Founder
Erin Reilly is a graduate student at Hofstra University in their Master's of Science degree program for Business Education. Prior to graduate school, Erin worked as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for JA Apparel Corp. in New York City. Erin holds a B.A. from Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield Connecticut, where she majored in Business Administration and concentrated in Marketing and Management. Erin founded the Sounds of Silence Foundation in 2007 to raise funds and awareness for perinatal and postpartum depression. Erin is an avid runner, and enjoys aerobics, traveling, and spending time with her family (especially her nine nieces and nephews).
Lisa Reilly, Co-Founder
Lisa Reilly is currently a specialist in women's apparel at Bloomingdale's. Prior to Bloomingdale's, Lisa worked as an executive assistant at Revlon Corporate headquarters in New York for 10 years. Lisa holds a B.A. from Lynchburg College, in Lynchburg Virginia, where she majored in Business Administration. During and after the birth of her child she suffered from a series of perinatal mood disorders. Lisa co-founded the Sounds of Silence Foundation with her sister, Erin, in 2007 to raise funds and awareness for perinatal and postpartum depression. Lisa enjoys photography, exercising, the beach, and spending time with her daughter and family.

Tiffany Koury- Honorary Board Member
Tiffany Koury, luxury women's designer, launched her eponymous line of dresses in 2005 and couture swimsuit line in 2006. Tiffany graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Fashion Design and Fabric Styling. Upon graduation Tiffany designed in Istanbul, Turkey, for a New York based boutique. One year later, Tiffany returned to the U.S. to work as a production associate for two years at Polo Jeans then transferred to Ralph Lauren Corporate for another two years. After Ralph Lauren, Tiffany joined Nautica to oversee the creative merchandising woven's division for four years. She departed Nautica shortly after David Chu sold the company to VF Corporation to launch her collection. Tiffany's inspiration comes from her Southern heritage, her favorite cinematic icons, but at the heart of her designs is the influence of her paternal grandmother. Tiffany is an avid equestrian, enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
John Fowler
John Fowler is the Vice President and Creative Director overseeing the team of apparel, accessories, and home design for the Joseph Abboud Lifestyle Brand at JA Apparel Corp. Having begun his career in retail, John established a passion for apparel and product design. After merchandising and management positions at Bergdorf-Goodman, he spent 15 years as Vice President for Men's Fashion at Federated Department stores directing product design and fashion merchandising for America's leading department stores, including Bloomingdale's and Macy's. Before joining JA Apparel in 2004, John ran his own global business consulting on fashion strategy and design direction for esteemed menswear brands. His associations have included: Ike Behar, New York; Daniel Faret, Paris; Daniel Hechter, Paris; Emmanuel Ungaro Homme, Paris and New York; Ted Baker, London and Perry Ellis International. A citizen of the world, John is an avid traveler always searching for the new and innovative inspirations. He divides his time between his homes in New York and Paris.
Bill Mascaro
Bill Mascaro is an Equities Trader in the Global Securities Finance division of Citigroup, Inc. Bill joined Citi as an Analyst in their Global Transaction Services group in July, 2004. Bill holds a B.S. from Cornell University, where he concentrated in Economics at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Outside work you can find Bill sailing or fishing in or around the Great South Bay on Long Island's South Shore.
Helen G. Meyers, M.D.
Dr. Helen G. Meyers has been working as a Clinical Psychologist for twenty-five years. With offices in Huntington and West Islip, she has a full-time general psychotherapy practice with a sub-specialty in Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders.

Dr. Meyers received her Ph.D. from St. John's University in 1981 and a Postdoctoral Certificate in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis in 1992 from the Derner Institute of Adelphi University. A member of the Postpartum Resource Center of New York and Postpartum Support International, Dr, Meyers has amassed more than 50 Continuing Education Credits on the topic. She is President-Elect of the Suffolk County Psychological Association, after serving on the Board in a number of positions for more than ten years. She is also a member of the New York State Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. Dr. Meyers has presented to SCPA Members and to Obstetrician-Gynecologist Residents about Perinatal Mental Health and Mood Disorders and was a guest on the "God Squad" show that addressed Postpartum Depression.

Erica Pecorale
Erica Pecorale is an educator who has worked with hundreds of professionals across Long Island and Connecticut to help them in implementing effective literacy initiatives and goals within their classrooms. She is a trained Literacy Coordinator, Staff Developer and Literacy Coach and is New York State Certified in Special Education, Math, Elementary Education and Administration. Her diverse background in conjunction with sixteen years of classroom experience have led her to focus on supporting students and teachers as they create literacy environments that are rich with authentic reading, writing and language arts experiences. Erica is currently working on her doctorate in Literacy Studies at Hofstra University and is a full time instructor at Long Island University.

Her personal experiences, coupled with her professional training and achievements enable Erica to develop a global view of education in the world today. Her tenure as a classroom teacher, literacy coach and staff developer has bought her to varying districts and schools. She has also traveled extensively throughout the world visiting schools on 6 continents and has worked with teachers and children involved in many different kinds of social, political and educational settings. Most recently, she worked with families affected by the Tsunami in Thailand as well as families in New Orleans afflicted by Hurricane Katrina.
